I've had good enough luck with my cheap Sunsun 302s over the years (5-6) that I would have no problem running a bigger Sunsun on a 75.
I wish you could get the 304 without the stupid UV light, but like said above, a 304 could easily be the only filter on a 75g depending on the bio load in the tank.
I keep a Marineland C360 and a Seachem Tidal 110 on my 75g that contains an Oscar and a green severum. I could get away with either as the sole filter with my water change and gravel vac regimen.
