Super Bowl Halftime show is getting weaker and weaker....

Obviously the Janet/Timberlake show scared the bejesus out of them. I just saw this year is Springstein. BLAH! I'm getting tired of seeing these used up, has-been, pathetic excuses for shows. I don't know what they were like live in their day, but they sound terrible now! I would rather see Hannah Montana or that fruitcake brother trio, Jonas or whoever they are, than to see another guy that has to pick his chest skin flap off the stage as he walks off. :grinno:

I don't know about you, but I use to look forward to the halftime show. Now it's just the commercials. That's my rant for today.
 
Last year was Tom Petty and this year is Springstein. I command you to turn in your man card for saying youd rather the jonas brothers or hannah montana over these rock legends. :irked:
 
I'm usually drinking, pissing, *****ing, eating, or calling people while doing what was previously mentioned during the half time show..............so I don't care:)

Petty----sucked....terribly!
Springstein---most likely will suck
Legends.....key word....legends. Legends are not entertaining 100 years after their time. Why dig them out of their graves? The man card was given up by being forced to walk away from the game until halftime is over. I can't stand the other two that I mentioned, that's why I put them there, because these old *****s are just as bad.

I'm not sure I want to know what the asterisked word is. In the middle of all the other activities, it's sounds like it could get either really bad, or realy good :D
 
Wow, and I thought the 'Thanksgiving' Cowboys/Seahawks halftime show was bad?? :uhoh:

If it weren't for the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders on stage, it would have been reaaaaally bad!! :D

Personally, I'd choose a "Born in the USA" live jam session over a 'teenie bopper' group, anyday!! :grinno:

:ROFL:HAha! That's actually where I got my inspiration for putting them in there! Let me reiterate...I don't want to see them either, that just helps my point that the halftime shows suck. I was pissed when I saw they were playing that game, and I'm dreading the next teeny sensation to come around when my unborn daughter is at the age. But I would like to see someone who can still play.
 
can't stand bruce. i used to watch Celebrity Death Match at half-time. now isn't there some girl football game at halftime?

But yes for aslong as I can remember the half-time show's have sucked. Remember Bud Bowl? lol
