Liz that looks great. Another suggestion for topping the sinich and gorgonzola lasagna would be to use Mozzarella mixed with some grated Parmigiano-Reggiano over the tomato sauce. It would accent the flavor of the gorgonzola. Buon Appetito!

no, we had them at the nw mfk meet, not hot at all (if those are the kind of wings you're into), the spice cooks out of the pepper. great lil finger food though
