Liz that looks great. Another suggestion for topping the sinich and gorgonzola lasagna would be to use Mozzarella mixed with some grated Parmigiano-Reggiano over the tomato sauce. It would accent the flavor of the gorgonzola. Buon Appetito!

Mike's making some ham ball thing he found somewhere. They're not bad. I'll get a recipe from him if I can. I'm hoping to be at the movies with Mr Kiddo. :D
