i am the same way.. all cheese ... if i don't have one kind i use another..my favorite though is gorgonzola...... it just gives everything that added incredible taste..

Making a king cake because it is my first super bowl away from new orleans in 10 years. Coating it with sugar in the colors of each team. Got the recipe from www.foodnetwork.com/kingcake and it looks real good, especially with the bourbon soaked golden raisin and pecan praline filling. Rising now ready for baking in a few hours.

i am going to make a couple right now... just to try them...so eggs are boiling.. i bought sausage... and lots of cheese ... for more cheesy things.. egg plant parm.... etc.. this should be enough.. but keep the recipes coming because i love new ideas..
