this looks like a good deal. any suggestions for better out there? looking for a powerhead to use with UV unit (either a 10w or 15w, at bigals or marineandreef, maybe 25w but too pricey for me)

Wanna let me in on the secret zennzz? I have a 150g african i need some powerheads for >.<
 
The Seio Super Flow powerheads won't work to run your UV. They are a low velocity water mover with a big rectangular discharge. I have a couple in a reef rank for circulation, I actually think they have a very weak flow and wouldn't recommend them.
