add quite alot of plants to my plain tank. one super friendly RTG with 12tiger barbs and 10 albino tiger barbs living together peacefully without the aro chasing after them. so does any guys keep aro with smaller tetras?

the aro is about 8' and the barbs are less than an inch. but the aro doesn't seem to be interested in them.
I've had small tetras living with a 24" silver.. that was a friendly aro..
I can't speak for what breeding has done to them but in the wild (just look at the mouth) they feed mainly from the surface (8" = insects) and that may be the reason the aro won't regard it as food, when they reach 16" or something they become more predatory towards fish..
