I just glued a couple of rocks together to make a cave for my new crayfish...right before putting them in I realized that the glue might be bad for the fish and cray...is this true or am I just being overly worried?

It's fine, marine reef keepers use it all the time for securing coral to rocks.

Super Glue is harmless...

It is used by advised by some medical professionals to use it to hold wounds closed....

It may not hold up in water long term though. I had a bunch of stuff come apart after a month or so.
