super nice L-83

I was at a petco the other day and they had this amazing L-83 I know it is not with in my capabilities for me to buy it. seeing as I already have one.
but this fish has to be one of the best specimens I have seen despite being seriously under fed. it only has a couple spots on it but they are dark and its fins are rimmed in red.

next time im at the store I might pick it up just cause I feel bad for it and resell it to a good home.

im just so torn right now id feel bad buying it but feel terribe just leaving such a pretty fish there for someone to buy with plans of it helping with their algae problems.


ok i think im going to have to get that fish. ill sell one of my l83 when they get to big right now mine just broke an inch

not its not diseased or anything. that petco is the best I have been at but sadly no petstore will feed its fish fresh veggies every night.
the staff at that petco are also quite good. considering they are a chain fish store staff. so im not worried about that. thought I can understand the concern sadly I can quarantine stuff cause all my tanks are full cause I tore down my 37 gal to buy a 75 gal which i have yet to buy and split the fish between a ten and a 15 for the mean time. dont worry all the fish are small well fed not diseased and the water quality is top notch cause I clean out food waiste and poo with a turkey baster daily

i actually saw 2 of those in petco here in my town with some red. somethings going around

wooo my little baby is turning red!!!!

sad thing is his fins are so torn from being bullied the one I saw is perfect cause it made its way into a tank alone.

sad thing is they can dull out their spots sometimes mine is super intense and sometimes he dulls out.

I cant wait to get back to that petstore, get a new baby for myself. If I buy him I will put him up on mfk for a good home once he gets to big he is too pretty to waiste away at and LFS he deserves to be in a big tank with pleny of cucumber
