Super red Bamboo Shrimp

Here's my Bamboo Shrimp. He's been in the tank for about a year now. I don't think he just shed. He usually looks like this. He also makes me hungry for Lobster.

I wonder if it's because I feed my fish Omega One Super Color flakes? I also feed Cyclopcies.

I just found his shedding on the side of the tank. So I guess he did just shed, but I don't think it was that much of a difference.
