Super red severums vs green severums

Ive kept green and gold sevrums and did not notice any difference in keeping them or difference in their health. Just curious if the super reds are just as easy to keep as the other varities.

They are the same as other severums. The only thing I've noticed is that the super reds can sometimes be short-bodied and I lost two to bloat. The more elongated ones never had an issue.

IMO, and IME the super reds are more prone to genetically weak specimens, much along the same lines as most of the Asian bred designer fish such as some of the fancy strains of discus, flowerhorns, etc.

I have 2 reds a gold and a green. I have had no problems with them and they all seem the same.
