Hey im not even sure if this is the right place to post this but anyways here it goes...im possibly thinking on buying a SRT, what do i need to know when picking one? second, are they a hybrid? what makes them that color and will they always be that way? third, i have seen a sevrum that was a Super Red on the internet, so where do get one of those?

When picking SRT make sure the Red is RED, not faded pink, otherwise it's a RT. Yes they are Hybrids, and most males are sterile. Red Severums you can get all over, try Jeff Rapps for Mail order or google them.

If your buying a SRT, make sure you buy one that is already faded and red in color. I do not agree that most males are infertile, and I know quite a few SRT owners who have bred their fish...

Rainny betta, lakefishx and cooler from aquabid sell super red texas. The price of their Fh are quite a bit but the quality of their fish is also very good..
