Dear Friends,

I have just read and signed the online petition:

"Wal-Mart, Inc. Cruelty To Fish"

hosted on the web by PetitionOnline.com, the free online petition
service, at:

http://www.petitiononline.com/sickfish/

I personally agree with what this petition says, and I think you might
agree, too. If you can spare a moment, please take a look, and consider
signing yourself.

Best wishes,

james decruz

Our Wal Mart just got rid of all their fish for some reason. I hope they keep the supplies on hand. Never know when you might need a heater or something late at night.

The tanks and everything are still there. Maybe they just did a restart :grinno:

ITS TRUE..AT THE WAL-MART BY ME THEY ARE SOO BAD ITS HURTFUL...BETTA FISHES HAS NO WATER..OTHER FISHES IN THE TANKS ARE DEAD OR FUNGUS UP...SOME ONE HAS TO DO SOMETHING

Yes I agree that wal-mart's fish keeping skills are almost non-existent with only a very select few stores the have the person or ability to be able to care for them properly. But in reality, all it would take is a person with a little knowledge on fish, maintenance procedures and caring for them. Not just the average kid off the street which is what they have know..........

I like what you said but,.........the tanks are all set up one one sump. One fish gets sick.......they all do. That and the fact that they sell to so many first time fish keepers...fish that will not fit the tanks and supplies that they sell. On top of all that you have untrained kids telling people the best way to keep these fish.:irked:
