If you were in John Roberts shoes, and you were nominated for an appointment as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, would there be anything damning enough, in your past, that would prevent you from getting confirmed? You can answer just yes or no if it is bad enough...haha

I would only know the answer to that if I actually were John Roberts, i think he will be confirmed tho,, I have watched some of the hearings and he has done well.
The next person nominated to the court will be more interesting, candidates like Roberts don;t come along every day.
( btw my personal politics are a little left of socialist )
