Well, its cold outside, Dreary, nothing fun to do. Nobody is selling any kewl Native, i dont already have. Too cold to go fishing, or seining. Im bored :yuck:. Id go check out the LFS but around here they NEVER have anything Native. I really dont think im gonna make it til spring. I should do some water changes but cant get up the energy. It a sad state of affairs when all you do is Fish stuff, and even that seems boring. Agggggghhhhh. :nilly:

if your creeks are unfrozen find a deep hole to put a minnow/ crayfish trap in. i use shrimp, bread and crackers and catch minnows and crayfish all winter long but my creeks on my land so i can leave it out over night

i hear ya. the only thing i can do is ice fishing and i cant even do that yet because the ice isnt thick enough on me favorite lake. so boring. id love to set minnow traps in the river near my house but all the rain and snow is accumulating up north and the river is very high and fast. do you guys think a minnow trap would still work in a high, fast current river?
