Syno cats are not really top level fish.... Idk any catfish that is so if u misstyped.... and leaf fish arent top level either they float around with the current and food.... Maybe some african butterflies?

My upside down cat is at the top more than my gar so I wouldn't argue with that comment. He will sometimes go back and forth upside down 20-30 mins at a time n then he will swim around midlevel the rest of the time. Very rarely is he on the bottom
