Rio meta Orinos

They had been fine together for weeks the pbass had grown about an inch

I had just fed the fish and did a water change went and watched whale wars and came back to one orino missing. I assumed he was hiding and went to bed. Woke up in the morning and both are gone but the ray was still ready to eat

never underestimate a ray, they love to eat fish

Yup it was a calculated risk

I am fairly certain my Rio Nanay mono will be fine since he is much larger than the orinos

I am mainly just surprised that even though he is getting fed 2 times a day a large amount he still wanted to eat two 3-4 inch peacock bass in one night. I kind of expected him to pick them off slowly if anything

Yeah my marble has eaten 5 orinos, all 3-5" within 2 days...
