Surprise Xantos breeding

My Xantos group was down to 2 after loosing 1 of the 2 babies from 2012 so I decided to clean out their species tank they had been in for over 3 years. To my surprise I found a <2" baby Xantos! I thought their breeding had ended years ago but this one is probably about a year old. It will be interesting to see if it turns gold at about 3" like his brothers did.

congrats that is awesome. I can only think of a few reports of them breeding.
 
Only first class posts from you Recumbent Recumbent . I wish we had a whole batch of fry to watch grow up. I'd be curious to see the % that turn gold.
