suspicious lump under Male jags lip

Just Noticed This Swollen area under my male jags lip.any ideas as to what it could be?
Water parameters are ammonia 0, nitrite0, nitrate 20.still being his usual belligerent self, eating fine.

Its most Likely swelling and red from lip locking , mines forever getting it but not from my female from doing it with my big cats so it looks really bad occasionally

My green terror got a lump in the same spot often. It could be a piece of sand or gravel stuck in his lip. Keep an eye on it but it may not be anything bad
