Sustaining Riccia Carpet?

Would one of these 18inch Nutrigrows:

be enough to grow a nice carpet of Riccia in my 10 gallon planted tank? It has C02, is supplemented by Seachem Flourish Excel, and has Red Sea Florabase under a small layer of black sand.

i have my riccia floating... so i'm not sure if it'd require more lighting etc. in order to grow into a carpet! I run two spiral CFL bulbs(6500K) in my 10 gallon.. does the trick to make everything nice..Green.. and healthy!

anything from 6k-10k is good for plants.

good lighting, lots of co2 will do it.

Also not real sure how a blabberwort (which Riccia is) will do with Excel.

Ric works with excel. Doesnt take much light either, but I recommend at least DIY co2 if your tank is small enough to make it viable.

This stuff will make a mess of your tank if you are not careful, and remember that to carpet it, you need to net it down to the bottom of your tank somehow, it will not attach itself there.
