hello Everyone, decided to jump on the geophagus Sveni bandwagon. Got a great deal on some young adults. Great size and great colors.

No but I did get one from Wes months ago.I have my suspicion as to the strain or variant and whichever they are they are my favorite of the orinos

Rio negro should have 3 almost perfect ocellated blotches...... inirida, orinoco, Rio cusiana have the diamond shaped blotches also called jewel spot orinos by rapps

Rio meta will have diamond-shaped ocellated blotches as well but it'll have some speckling etching between the blotches but it won't have the pearls on on the body such as the jewel spot ones
