sveni pair tank size?

Ok guys I am a total noob when it comes to pikes. I attended the aca and went to vin kuttys seminar on pikes and was really blown away. I went to lfs and they had a tank labeled "pike cichlids". To the best of my knowledge i believe they are sveni but alot of the sax. pikes look similar at the 2 inch mark to me. Anyway I would like to try and get a pair of sveni. what would minimum tank size be? also snookn21 has pike cichlids on aquabid called white spot pikes that look like sveni. If anyone knows what species they are let me know plz. I am choosing sveni because vin said they were a great beginners pike- hardy and full of personality and relatively easy to breed. Ive kept mostly central american cichlids so that description fits the bill for me. sorry for the long post
