Sveni Pike , tank mate compatabilty ?

Hi,

My LFS has a Sveni Pike about 3” in size , its in with some angels and appears very calm and active.

I am condisering it for my 300 litre tank , it would be sharing with 2 adult Reed/Rope fish , 3 juvenile Orante Pims 4” and a sub adult Leopard Bush fish 4”

Thou i have kept various cichlids over the years ,but my experience with Pike Cichlids is non exsistent

Assuming the Sveni remains calm could it work with the above tank mates ?
 
Got some svenis now and seem to leave my smaller tetras and bush fish alone. Always a trial as these. I have a few anthurus and they went after my bush fish. Anyway they (Bush fish) are in my semi planted tank.

I used to have my sveni with angels, roselines, electric blue acara and other semi peaceful fish. I think they are pretty safe with anything it can't swallow whole

it does appear peaceful in the LFS tank there are no guarantees with any fish particularly cichlids but they do appear to be more mellow than some Pikes.

in your real world experince with them do they tend to claim a cave (if available ) and dwell in it or are they quite free roaming ?

mine was always free roaming and never hid
