Swallowed Aquarium Water with sick fish - Need help

One of my fish has hole in the head and while siphoning the water out I accidently swallowed a mouth full. Its a 55 gallon tank... Please help

I've done this many times. I would worry more about salmonella from the feces in the water than I would the hole-in-the-head. I have always gargled with Listerine and have never gotten sick after swallowing aquarium water. If you develop gastrointestinal symptoms within 24 hours, it's probably salmonella. Go to the ER.
