One of my fish has hole in the head and while siphoning the water out I accidently swallowed a mouth full. Its a 55 gallon tank... Please help... Am I in any danger of getting sick or a parasite?

I think you will be alright. Hole in the head isnt caused by parasites. Your immune system should wipe anything out. If you drink tap water theres all kinda of stuff in it, and you are still fine right?
If you wake up in the morning with any extra holes in your head, you know you have a problem.

The other night I didnt like the suction I was getting on my siphon, so I sucked on it and got a little water in my mouth, but I didnt swallow any. All I did was gargled some mouth wash.
You should start investing in a turkey baster, gravel vac, or a siphon device to avoid sucking in nasty water. You should be fine but practice safety is always a good preventative measure.
If you get a sudden craving for Hikari pellets or if you notice white stringy feces hanging from your....ah never mind, you'll be okay.
