I bought a lure at an outdoor show that was like that, it was expensive but I liked the action, don't catch much on it though, I catch more with regular rapalas and red devil spoons, if its not broke don't fix it, thats why red devil has been around for how long? hahaha Any lures with that many joints from my experience the hooks get tangled up, and they cost alot. It is a cool lure though.
 
That is a very good pike lure but will only be affective in cetain parts of the year.
