Sweetwater will bond to the typical marine epoxy resins, polyester resins or vinyl ester resins, all of which are commonly used to wet out
fiberglass reinforcement. You can also use Sweetwater itself to wet out lighter weight fiberglass cloth but I don't know at what weight of cloth
it's no longer effective.
As a general rule epoxy resins and solvent based epoxy paints (like Sweetwater) will bond to cured polyester of vinyl ester resins. But polyester
or vinyl ester resins will not bond to cured epoxy or epoxy paints.
