Went to a lfs they had a couple of sweethearts.. the only difference was thyre back tail... is that what they are really called?!

Most of us here will call it cruel... Don't buy these... just buy one without its tail clipped...
Unless you like the thought of yourself being held by giant forceps and having your legs snipped off don't get them. That's exactly what happens to heart parrots
