Hi, how do you treat swim bladder disease for a Flowerhorn? I’ve heard you can use peas.
 
Would dose Epsom salt 1 tbsp per 5g and add kanamycin/metro. Lower the water level to keep the fish upright and wait it out. Keep the water clean.
 
How do I use the peas for my flowerhorn. I’ve seen that you fast the fish for three days. Then you defrost frozen peas or cook lightly. Then you peel the skin and feed. Am I correct? Will this work for my flowerhorn?
 
I give my piranhas a few peas now and again to help with digestion. What i do is to defrost them in water at room temperature for a few hours, peel the skin off then stuff then into whitebite so they don't no they getting them :thumbsup:. That's how I do it and it works.
