I just got two Lace Synodontis catfish one is about 4" the other a little over 1" last night I caught my jack dempsy swimming with the little one in his mouth I grabbed my net and scared him and he let go the lace syno was a little torn up and in shock but otherwise was acting fine except the fact that he is floating upside down he would swim down then float straight back up belly up, is it his swim bladder? he was very active earlier but is failing fast.. I poked holes in a plastic tub and tied it up and i am floating it in the tank with him in it so he stops floating into the filter and is safe.
Is there anything I can do?!?

I just wanna know what I can do asap or if this little guy even has a chance!

Would suggest moving to another tank or tote with clean water. Keep the water low enough that the fish can turnover. Can use plants or decor to help get itself set right up. Other wise wait it out.
