Swim bladder problems with new odoe ???

Hi I just got three 3 inch African pike and have had them for a week and they have been eating real well.. I came home from work today and one was on his side on the bottom I thought he was done for then went to scoop him and he took off swimming weird with no swim bladder control and just keeps falling to the bottom .....parameters are all good and so are the other two odoe... Is there something I can do or something I'm missing ...
