I start driving next year so I'm switching to somewhat of some live food? I have two oscars (1 albino oscar, 1 tiger oscar) and they are both about 7" long. I have a new tank and I am going to get a p.bass. So what I am wondering is what is the best thing to feed them? I've heard that feeders give them diseases. I heard shrimp and frill are good but I'm possitive. If you have any advice that would be great thanks!

Red wigglers (AKA composting worms) are super easy to culture, nutritious, safe and eaten eagerly by everything I've fed them to.

Google "Red Wiggler Culture" for more info than you could ever need.
