Recently i have been trying to switch my CK from feeders to Hikari Carnivore pellets. The CK wont even look at the pellets. All he will eat is guppies. I was thinking about starving him for a while. If he still doesnt eat the pellets how long should i go before i give in and give him feeders again?

It will usually learn faster if it sees other tank mates eating, but you're still good. They aren't too fussy (mostly) and will usually eat after a week or 2. How big is it?
I would soak the pellets in some silversides and get the smell all over them and get them soggy, I bet it will eat it then
.(gut load your gups with the carnivore so it is already used to taste and digetsion,,,) take breaks ..every other day to break the habit. routine really helps them learn to feed..
