alright well, im thnking on switching my leos to plastic containers... they will be in 2 separate conainters. what are the pros and cons about doing this? also how would i heat it?

many people house them in storage containers and use Under Tank Heaters hooked up to a temperature controller(thermostat, rheostat or dimmer) with no problems. if you don't have any of these, i suggest getting one before setting them up in containers. zoo-med makes a thermostat and rheostat and they sell for $19-$25 online.

That would be a stupid idea, but knowing the original poster it's no surprise. The heat would melt the plastic especially since you should be using a heating pad.

your posts to these threads are getting old now, do you actually sit and wait for this poster to start a thread so you can attack him? either give him the advice he needs, or stay away from his threads. time to grow up.

i second this.

I've kept leos in plastic bins many times. As long as you have the heat pads set up to a thermostat/rheostat you would be fine.
