switching?

Hey guys do your fish like ever switch? I did a water change yesterday and all water perameters are fine but my trimac has lost a lot of color and when he swims around his fins have been twitching. I have been adding some algefix to try and get rid of the spores in my tank do you think this could be the cause of the twitching and if it is what should I do? should I do another water change to try and remove the level of the amount in the water? Any advice is welcome!

it is a possibility that something in the water is irritating the fish to cause that, especially fish you've had for years with no possible parasite introduction

i did a 25% water change a couple of minutes ago and now im gunna see how he does to the end of the day and then ill probably do another one
