my 7-8"yellotail barracuda is swollen like he ate a very big fish is it possibal he ate my skinny 6" striped peacock eel because i cant find the eel and the last time i saw him was before the cuda got full

Totally depends on diet.
If it was a well fed cuda it would never even look at the eel as a food source.
But if it was a starving cuda that was being fed something dead and unnatural then it will look at anything that moves as a food source.
What is his diet?

If you have a fish missing and a big tummy on the cuda I think that two and two would add up to a big dinner.

if you havent fed him in a while im pretty sure he had eaten the eel.
but most of my fish sometimes have big bellys when i come home from work , im pretty sure they find something to eat , im not too sure of it.

Yellow tails can swallow fish more then half it's size. I'm a witness, my 7" cuda swallowed my 4" atf whole in under 8 seconds 
Sorry, but is anyone else seeing the irony in this thread? Cudamaster asking for help with newb cuda issues? lol
