Swollen lip with white patch

what is this and how do I treat? Has happened in the last 24 to 48 hrs.

Could be the start of columnaris aka duck lips.

Set temp to no higher than 75F and add 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons. I would purchase (do not put into tank yet) Kanaplex and Furan-2. If it gets worse in 24 hours, then treat using both.
