My jardinis' lower lip is swollen at the tip. his barbels are fine and intact but his lip seems to be swollen. The water parameters are fine and the temperature is around 78-80. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Pics? Most fish don't get swollen but instead get a bump or something that is swollen. I got no idea unless u have pics.

ive seen a big silver with the same thing. i thing it will be fine but ive never had a jardini so i wouldnt know

How often do you change your water? And bring up the temperature a little bit and add a little salt to the tank.

After that i think all u have to do is wait and it will get better. That always happens when my fish gets sick. Raise temp add salt and moniter him. Is he acting normal and still eats good?

Yes what u got is glass rubber even good quality water not going to fix it but will help for the iritation its having. Any tankmate and how bog is the jar and how long u own it for?
That jar don't feel safe in ur tank...maybe bumping up temp to 83F will ease him up a little bit.
