Swollen nostrils on parrot fish

I have a blood parrot fish that has a swollen right nostril ( in picture ) & white fluff around nostril & mouth.
Could anyone advise on this please?

best bet is it's bacterial. Treat it as such. Maracyn-1 and Maracyn-2 same time. Could be columnaris if it's getting white fluff around the mouth and nostril. Keep water clean.

what are your water parameters? Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate Ph and hardness? What is the current water temperature? Is the fish still eating? Are there ant tank mates?
