Swollen Salivary Glands

I got a swollen salivary gland under my chin,
well, not that swollen.
But none the less pretty annoying.

Anyone else ever have these bad boys?
I've seen some pretty big ones, nasty looking stuff.
mine isn't noticable yet unless I tilt my head back and you touch it.
