Sword propagation

Hey all I have some of my swords growing little ones on them how should I go about removing them and planting them in my other tank?

Let them get quite a bit bigger, I found the bigger the easier, then they just kinda pop right off with a little twist

A root system will develop better and hang down I waited until the roots were at least 4" long and they looked like whole plants

They fall off when their ready and I find that when they are left they grow better/ quicker
