Hello,
Just wanted to warn everyone of this aquabid user named Swordtails1 . Recently I bought 1500 daphnia from them. They sent maybe around 300-400. As soon as I looked at the bag I knew there was not 1500. Sad thing is I ordered from them 2 previous times and the orders were fine. I messaged Swordtails1 about this and they claimed it was 1500. I told them there was no way and then they said if I paid shipping again they would send me a little more. So I agreed and then did not hear from them for a week. I sent a message saying I would like to get the extra daphnia and did not get a response. Today I sent them another message asking about the daphnia and they responded like 5 mins later and basically made up some excuse that their daphnia stock is low and basically told me I am out of luck. I don't know whether to believe them or not. If I do believe that, then that would really make sense why they sent me like 300 daphnia instead of 1500. Either way I don't think it is professional. I just threw away $30 pretty much. The moral of this story is, even though there are some vendors online that have good reputations I have learned that once an order goes bad you really see how unprofessional they really are. I want to let people know to avoid Swordtails1 on aquabid cause once you have a problem with your order they will screw you.
