looking like fenestratus or hartwegi to me. Based on the red head(syns have red heads to of course, this just looks different), amount of blue on body and the lateral line extending the length of the body. On syns, the lateral line stops just a little longer than the tail.

it looks like Hartwegi but something looks messy. Maybe hybrid with another vieja that look similar you never know. But I can only recognize the Hartwegi in the fish
