IMO, best to pull them. Unless you have a major outbreak, might try raising the temp. To the mid eighties and do a small WC every other day, concentrating on a thorough gravel vac.
 
Thanks, I raised temps to 86, then used the blue ich medicine, at 50%

Seems to be working. I had them pulled once, but ich came back, due to my 55 gallon water change system / water chiller.

Just working lots of OT. To busy to keep up with special treatments.

I have been injecting my 55 gallon drum with 140F hot water to speed up the life cycle of ich, daily and then draining as much as I can out.

The tank seems clear, it's a matter of disinfecting the plumbing system, that's isolated from the main tank.
