what do you guys think are the best looking type of synodontis catfish

Synodontis multipunctatus for me.

I am partial to the Synodontis eupterus. Although they are pretty common, I guess it is just their inquisitive personality and beautiful dorsal that I am partial to..

Angelicus is beautiful but the dorsal on a fully grow eupterus is spectacular.

So true, mine is only 4", but his dorsal is a full 2" tall.

I always liked the Syno Eup also. I would say my favorite would be Synodontis Granulosus

thats a touch family to narrow down.
