Hey welcome to the forum! Nice syno! What are you feeding her? If I'm not mistaken, it looks like she has a case of hole in the head/ lateral line disease. No worries though, it' easily cured. Just diversify her diet and do some extra water changes. 25% once a week should be good. Try feeding your syno a variety of frozen food like mysis or brine shrimp along with some sliced cucumber. The little white pits should close up before long. Good luck.
