Hey guys quick question for you. Have you ever seen your Synspilum or other cichlids do this? I usually turn the lights on for the tank once I get home from work and off when I go to bed. During the time that it’s off the syns go into this coma like state and I have to turn the lights on with the night setting first until they fully wake up otherwise if I hit them full sun the little guys go bouncing off the walls ramming into everything. They also turn a real dark blue/black. Nothing unusual otherwise just never seen it before!
