synspilum x freidrichstalii(has this been done before)

Hi,I am new to this site and I was wondering if anyone has crossed a synspilum with a freddy.I have done it five times but I have been using them as feeders.I have only just decided to keep a few to see how they turn out.If anyone has pics at an older age would be great to see.

i would at least keep a dozen of the best looking fry and grow them out to see what they look like full grown

local LFS want's to take some but I was worried that they might not sell them as what they are.At the moment I have kept 11 of the best in my 180 to see how they go.They are starting to colour up nicely.Photo's don't do them justice.More so I want to see shape wise which way they will go.I never meant for this to happen originally. The syn has killed 3 female syns 2/3 his size.The Freddie was the first female he took to.He has never looked like hurting her.He is 12" and still growing at a steady pace with his head really starting to fill out especially since he has had the devil next to him.

Wow, that is a really unusual mix. I would definately grow some out just for fun. Keep us posted.
