T-5 Bulb Recommendations?

I have only had my original bulbs in my T-5 fixtures, so I've never experimented with different types of bulbs. It is time for replacements. I have two fixtures with two bulbs each on a 72"x30"x28" tank (so, kind of a high tank). The main fish I want to bring the colors out in is my Black Aro. I also have a Tig. I guess I could mention my Irwini Cat too, but he always hides.

Any bulb combination recommendations?

I like Hagen Power-Glo bulbs for freshwater fish only type setups. 18000k white/blue spectrum shows fish off well in my opinion.
