Tail Regeneration

How long does it take for a cichla's tail to grow back? My orinos picked at the end of my azuls tail and the damaged part fell off. Is there any recommendations to help his tail regenerate faster?

make sure he doesn't get hit again and it doesn't get infected with fungus and it doesn't fall off they eat it i think. it should heal on its own in 1-3days depending on how big it is and if it doesnt keep getting picked on.

About half his tail is gone, and it is not being picked on anymore.

Ya, same, he is eating feeders, just not prepared foods yet. But he looks very healthy.

my tem bass tail got almost snipped off by my puffer...it took like 2 weeks or so before it started growing back...
